Canandaigua, NY – November 15, 2004:  Effective 11/15/04, The Vollrath Company, L.L.C., Sheboygan, Wisconsin has acquired controlling interest in Corsair Display Systems, LLC. of Canandaigua, New York, a manufacturer of custom carts and kiosks.  Corsair will operate as a stand-alone subsidiary of Vollrath with David Mansfield continuing as a shareholder and President.

This acquisition is consistent with our desire to expand Vollrath’s offering of equipment and to meet the unique needs of the hospitality industry.  In the next several months we plan to add many new and exciting products to the Vollrath catalog using the capabilities that Corsair will bring to us.

This acquisition will allow Vollrath, through Corsair, to offer a full range of cart and kiosk solutions to hotels, theme parks, stadiums, chain restaurants, and others for merchandising of almost any product.  More information about Corsair can be found on their website, Corsair Display Systems LLC - Carts and Kisoks
